Beer and other things are self-service, and the highballs are made by the staff. ★Braised eggplant ★Boiled abalone ★Sashimi (spear squid, striped horse mackerel, and white shrimp) ★Grilled red shrimp ★Pheasant breast sashimi ★Grilled pheasant thigh meat ★Pheasant hotpot It was my first time eating pheasant meat, but the meat had a strong and rich flavor! It was also very muscular and had great elasticity! It was really delicious. I was surprised. It seems like it's a miracle that you can eat pheasant meat so cheaply. Of course, it's not just the pheasant, the other things are also great. This seems like a restaurant that uses really good ingredients. We all got excited when the abalone came out. There are two types of liver, and the white one doesn't have a strong flavor! (I think) I didn't expect it to be so delicious, so I was impressed from start to finish. I might go again.
