仕上げ方法…内側は真っ白に蒸しあがり
皮目はカリカリになるまでしっかり火を
通すd(^_^o)
香ばしく焼き込んだ皮目と柔らかな身の
食感の違いにメリハリを残している点も
なかなかのもの…
全くノーマークでしたが、仕上がり良く
美味しかったぁ♬
