Dishes and nigiri created by skilled chefs. There are three types of dinner courses that incorporate plenty of seasonal flavors. “Nigiri selection” is 13 pieces for 11,000 yen. ``Masei selection'' and ``Premium selection'' have a rich composition of more than 20 items, so that you can enjoy a la carte dishes in small portions in addition to nigiri. Furthermore, in the ``Premium selection'' menu, you can enjoy king crab dishes to your heart's content, such as ``King King Leg shabu shabu'' and ``King King Chawanmushi.''

There are two types of lunch courses where you can enjoy Hokkaido's fresh seasonal ingredients, mainly nigiri. The 5,500 yen and 8,800 yen `` selection'' menus each consist of a small seasonal Small dish and 11 to 12 pieces of nigiri.
