Among them, Robatayaki, in which seasonal Seafood, meat, and vegetables are grilled over charcoal in a hearth, is a specialty menu that brings out the best of the ingredients to the fullest, and you can enjoy the exquisite texture of being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Other popular dishes include [Straw Yaki], which has a smoky aroma that stimulates your appetite, and [Tai Meshi], which is cooked in a Nanbu ironware to finish the meal.
