低温でじっくり調理するとお肉が痛めつけられず、美味しく出来上がる。なかなか美味しい。ただ、衣が白っぽくて、パリッとしていないのがやや残念、最後だけ、10秒ぐらい高温の油で二度揚げすると、いいとこ取りで...
とんかつの衣がとてもサクサクしていて美味しかったです。
衣に油っぽさが少なく、胃もたれしやすい人でも食べやすいと思います。
あと、とんかつの一切れが大きいと感じました。
ナイフが用意されているか...
とんでもなく、やわらかいお肉にびっくり‼️
美味しすぎました。
