Our restaurant is located in the Chunichi Building, which opened in 1966 as the largest building in the Chubu region and will have its grand opening in April 2024 after a new look. The restaurant has a chic, monochromatic space with a relaxing atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal at your own pace. In addition to counter seats, we also have sofa seats and table seats. You can choose the seating that best suits your needs. We hope you will spend a memorable time here.

Our chefs are dedicated and sincere when it comes to their food. Our CEO, Kenichi Matsumura, is one of those who have acquired the skills of a craftsman through his diverse experiences. He has been involved in the food and beverage industry since he was in high school, and worked at a two-star Restaurants at the age of 29. After returning to Japan, he has been the head chef of a variety of restaurants and established them for about 20 years. In March 2020, he opened Katsuretsu Matsumura, offering exquisite dishes made with great care.
