名古屋市東区東桜にあります「いけす漁場」さんへ訪問です。
いけす漁場さん1984年創業。
新鮮な活魚料理をいけすの活魚を見ながら
楽しむことのできるいけす料理店です。
博多のいけす料理店「稚加榮（ちかえ）」の店舗をコンパクトにしたお店です。
店内中央には大きないけすがあり
いけすを囲うようにカウンター18席あり。
その他、掘り炬燵席な個室もありますが
少人数ならカウンター席がおすすめ。
いけすと水槽の活け魚を眺めながらお食事するのが良いでしょう！
いけすには、平目、皮はぎ、鯛など季節の活魚がずらりと並んでいます。
漁場さんの看板メニューは
漁港直送の"いかの活造り"です。
天候によりいかの仕入れ状況が変わりますので
看板メニューのイカを食べたい時は事前にお店に確認した方がいいです。
いかの活作りは鮮度抜群の透き通る身と甘みが良いですね！
イカの耳と足は天婦羅か塩焼で最後調理してくれます。
その他メニューもかなり豊富ですので
活魚を十分に堪能できるお店です。
