Our proud squid is delivered directly from the fishing port, and after receiving your order, we scoop it up from the fish tank and quickly handle it while it's still alive. The transparent flesh is sweet and has a crunchy texture that is unique to this freshness. If you want to fully enjoy sashimi of various fish, we also recommend the ``Isogyo Kaiseki'' and the ``Chef's Chef selection Course'' which includes all-you-can-drink. *Squid may not be in stock, so please check directly with restaurant.

"Saba Matsumae Sushi", which uses carefully selected thick mackerel, is also one of our recommended menu items. The backbone of each mackerel is carefully removed and the mackerel is seasoned lightly to bring out its original flavor. It's so popular that it sometimes sells out, so don't miss out! Oyster affectionately known as "milk of the sea," are available in a wide variety of menus, from plump raw Oyster to gratin and fried oysters. Our sister restaurant, Hakata Imaike Main Branch, is a restaurant specializing in wild tiger pufferfish that was established 20 years before the fishing grounds. Reservations are also accepted from May to September. We have a variety of private rooms of different sizes for 2 to 40 people. It is a luxurious space with a pure Japanese atmosphere that is so quiet and relaxed you would never guess it is Imaike, and can be used for meetings or reserved.
