The owner of Seafood personally visits the restaurant and carefully selects the freshest ingredients for each season. For example, ``Osashimi'' offers delicious seafood such as bluefin tuna, flounder, raw Oyster, and red sea bream, while ``Yakimono'' offers seasonal fish such as mackerel and sardine. There are also limited edition items such as salt-grilled sweetfish caught by the owner himself. In addition, we also have simmered ``kinki'' and ``conger eel.'' For special occasions such as anniversaries or entertaining guests, we also recommend the hotpot course, where you can enjoy things like puffer fish and soft-soft-shelled turtle.
