優しい大将の美味しい和食に癒されます♪
こちらは中区新栄にある和食屋さんです♪
CBCの南側にあるビルの2階にひっそりとあるお店です！
こちらのビルは飲食店が何軒か入っていますが、
どちらもフラッとは、入りにくいので、
なかなか穴場感あります(#^.^#)
店内はカウンターメインで、
テーブル席も1席あります。
大変こじんまりとしていますが、
何だか落ち着きのある雰囲気のあるお店です♪
大将がお一人で切り盛りされていらっしゃいます。
めちゃくちゃ優しくて穏やかな大将なので、
何だか癒されます(#^.^#)
常連様が沢山いらっしゃいましたが、
皆様、大将がお好きなんだろうなぁ～というのが
伝わります(#^.^#)
まずはビールで乾杯です～(=^ェ^=)
今回頂いたもの
★生ビール
★刺身盛り合わせ
・カンパチ、クエ、黒鯛、マグロ
★椎茸すり身揚げ
★茄子味噌焼き
★穴子焼き
カウンターにあるおばんざいが、
数品お通しで出てきましたが、
これが凄く凄く美味しかった～♪
お刺身、一品など気になるものを数品頂きましたが、
どのお料理も何だか愛情込められて
作られている感じがして凄く良かったです(^o^)
美味しかったお通しのおばんざいからも、
数品お代わりをして、
本当に満足のできるお食事となりました！
お料理、大将、お店の雰囲気、
全てに癒されました。

This is Uona Yamaguchi in Shinei, Naka Ward! The store is located in a rather deep building on the east side of King Kanko in Higashishinmachi. You can't see any of the shops in this building from the door, so if it's your first visit, you may need some courage to enter. This has been here since 2019, so it's been a while! Inside the store, there are about 5 counter seats, 1 table seat for 4 people, and 1 table seat for 2 people! Although it is small, it is a very nice restaurant with a clean atmosphere and a sense of cleanliness that can only be expected from Japanese-style meal! Anyway, the general manager is pleasant, calm and kind, and is run by himself! The regulars who come to this kind of shop are so calm and nice! ! ! There is no menu book, the dishes are posted on the counter, and the drinks are probably mainly beer, shochu, and sake! It's delicious anyway. The salt-grilled grunt was grated into 3 pieces and the bones were carefully removed before being served! The customer next door served it to me as is! If you'd like, I'll remove the bones and cut it into 3 pieces. I'm so happy for the owner who kindly suggested it to me! Two draft beers for two people! I received a bottle of beer and the bill was about 8,600 yen. I think the price is very reasonable in this day and age. The general seems to like fishing for sweetfish, so from now on, you'll be able to enjoy delicious sweetfish at Yamaguchi-san during the fishing season. Ayu and wine♡♡♡ I will definitely miss you.
