This is a Japanese Cuisine restaurant located in Nagoya city. I visited on a Saturday night. This visit requires you to reserve a course in advance. This restaurant focuses on seafood and vegetables. The cooking method that brings the ingredients to the forefront is particularly distinctive. However, the number of items and the volume are small, so I would like to eat more. I also dislike that cooking is monotonous. Seafood is served first as part of the course, but only vegetables are served in the second half of the course, so it cannot be denied that the second half lacks excitement. Despite my complaints, I think the ingredients were of high quality and the food was delicious. ① Sashimi Red sea bream Black bream Amberjack Striped horse mackerel ② Striped horse mackerel grilled with mirin ③ Oyster ④ Soup dishes Shogoin turnip ⑤ Bamboo shoots ⑥ Eggplant ⑦ Steamed sweet potatoes ⑧ Egg-cooked rice Truffle-covered ⑨ Mandarin oranges I think Oyster were delicious. It's lightly boiled Oyster and seasoned to resemble boiled clams. It's a little sweet and delicious. Also, turnips are delicious as vegetables. Although it was made clear using kelp soup stock, it was a bowl dish where you could fully enjoy the flavor of turnips.
