愛知県名古屋市中区新栄にあるフレンチレストラン、a.ligne(アリーニュ)さんです。
昨年のクリスマスランチを頂きました。
入店した瞬間から感じる店員さんの接客の良さ。
高級ホテルにきたかのようなホスピタリティー。
これだけでお店の良さがわかります。
もちろん料理も素晴らしい。
前菜からデザートまで全部美味しすぎてずっと興奮しっぱなしでした。
特に魚料理には感銘を受けました。
牡蠣も鰈もフレンチらしいアレンジがありながらも、素材の味をしっかりと生かしている。
さすがの一言です。
また女性ソムリエの方もよかった。
私はワインに疎いので色々尋ねながら選んだのですが、我々の意見をしっかり聞いてくれながらも、ちゃんとその方の意見も主張してくださったので選びやすかったです。
で、もちろんそのワインもとっても美味しかったですよ。
最後はシェフの方とそのソムリエの方とお二人で外までお見送り。
記念日にぴったりのレストラン。
最高のクリスマスランチになりました。
