Food Extra-thick homemade noodles with a chewy texture
We use whole wheat flour, which is fragrant and chewy. Although it is a material that is distributed in small quantities, it has high nutritional value and has a slightly lower gluten content, sugar content, and calories than wheat. Whole grain flour is also used in soy sauce-based Ramen and Taiwanese Ramen.
