以前から、何人からも良い店だと聞いていたので、期待して行ってきました。
初めてということで、一番お手頃な\3150のランチで…
先付け 秋刀魚と白茄子
椀 吸い地に鼈の寄せ物
刺身 マグロ、平目、烏賊
八寸 甘鯛の焼き物など色とりどり
焚き物 蟹しんじょう？だったかな
ご飯 土鍋で炊いた白メシと赤だし
デザート 梨の白ワイン煮など
内容は\3150では申し訳ないほど充実。
他の和食店なら、弁当(松花堂なんかの）の値段です。
カウンターで無口な店主が黙々と料理を仕上げ、女性スタッフが、サポートしながら、歯切れの良い接客をしてくれます。
料理はオーソドックスな料理。
奇をてらった珍しい料理を求める方には向きません。
場所もちょっと辺鄙？な所？なので、ゴージャスな接待には向かないかもしれませんが、美味しいものを食べるのが、純粋に好きな方にはおすすめです。
私個人的には、少し味が濃いかと思いました。
もう一味薄く繊細でも良いかなと。
しかし行く価値のあるお店です。
