We offer [Edomae Sushi] using fresh fish purchased every morning. The sushi rice is made with large grains of rice from Gifu Prefecture, which enhances the sense of unity with the toppings. In order to simply utilize the goodness of the ingredients, we do not use any chemical seasonings or food additives.
