The owner's father is an active fisherman on Himaka Island. We deliver freshly boiled octopus when it is at its most delicious. Enjoy the scent of the ocean and the soft texture. In addition, the ``dried conger eel'' prepared by the father's mother with all his heart is a very rare dish that is a must-try. It is a masterpiece that has been exposed to sunlight and is packed with flavor. Other, seasonal delicacies from Himaka Island are arriving one after another, such as extra-large flat shellfish, which are in season in spring, and thick conger conger from summer to autumn.
