金山駅から歩いて７分ほどの場所にあるお蕎麦屋さんです、週末のお昼に利用してみました。店内はテーブル６卓の席数、１１時１０分ころに入りましたが先客は２組でした。
メニューはせいろに鴨せいろ、天せいろ、天おろし、穴子天おろしといった冷たいお蕎麦、かけ、花巻そば、にしんそば、鴨そば、天そばといった温かいお蕎麦、それに平日のお昼のみ限定の天丼、漬けマグロ山かけ丼といった丼もの、あとは天ぷらやそばみそ、鴨ロース、そばがきなどの一品料理もいろいろありましたね。また、夜にはビールに鴨ロースやマグロ料理などがつくほろ酔いセットってのもありました。
その中からいただいたのは天せいろ、お蕎麦は十割そば、それに粗挽きのそば粉を使用し３日間熟成してから提供しているということ、蕎麦は短くチョット食べづらいですが色はしっかりとした濃さがあり.その見た目どおりお蕎麦の香りと風味が強く感じられますね、コレは美味しいお蕎麦です。
天ぷらは海老２尾にかぼちゃ、ピーマン、にんじん、ナス、ブロッコリーといった内容、サクッとした心地よい食感の衣でぷりぷりの海老に甘みがしっかり感じられる野菜とどれも美味しかったです。
今度は夜の部にお邪魔してほろ酔いセットとかで蕎麦前を楽しみつつ、美味しいお蕎麦でシメたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
