熟成させた十割そばをそのままいただくと、蕎麦の穀物感をしっかり感じられる香りと味わいです、ぼそぼそ感はありませんが短く切れやすいのはありますね
塩を少しとも美味、蕎麦つゆも甘み強いなどなくよき
