大須ふらっと軽めの(つもりだった)お昼食。
近くのお肉屋さんのハンバーグと悩んでこちらに。
昭和2年創業の鰻屋さん。最近移転されてこじんまりしつつも綺麗なお店。
⚫︎鰻丼(肝吸いに変更)+だし巻一皿
大ぶりの鰻は身の脂は残してかなりジューシー、皮目はパリッと。タレは控えめ。なので鰻独特のクセも味わえるし、一緒に持ってきて下さるタレで濃さを調節もできる。
そして感動はお吸い物の出汁の美味しいこと!毎朝お出汁をひいてるそう。だからもちろん出汁巻もすごく美味しい。しかも大きい2切れで250円。
以前は刻んだ鰻に卵をのせて1000円でランチに提供されていたみたいだけど、今の普通のメニューでも充分お値打ち。
お店の方もとても当たりが良い下町に馴染む老舗店。
