The restaurant is run by a young blonde man, so I wasn't expecting much from the taste of the food, but everything was delicious and exceeded my expectations in a good way. The tofu was appetizer and the eggplant was boiled, and the tofu was creamy and melted in the mouth like cheese. The boiled eggplant has a good flavor and the seasoning is not too salty, making it delicious. Other include pork rolls, potato salad, and melty grilled beef? (I forgot the name) is delicious and not too salty, so you can enjoy the food alone. We have a wide range of drinks, from sake to shochu and cocktails. The fruit purr sour is a good value, and you can add it as an additional sour, so we recommend it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite noisy, as it was a Saturday, and there was a party between men and women at the tables. The counter is occupied by regular customers, and I get the impression that first-time customers are a bit cramped. The taste is definitely good, but since it's a one-off operation, it honestly takes time to serve the food. Also, the customer service of the part-time girl was quite different from that of the regular customers, and I was a little disappointed even though she was very helpful. Next time I go, I'd like to visit you on a weekday when I have free time.
