We are particular about the selection of ingredients for our signature Tempura menu. The owner himself carefully selects the seafood he buys from the market every day, as well as fresh seasonal vegetables. You can also enjoy limited edition seasonal items that are not on the regular menu. We also adjust the temperature of the frying process depending on the ingredients, resulting in a crispy batter.
