ジブリパークの帰り、ホテルは名古屋駅だが駅前のしら河は予約が出来ず
途中下車でこちらのお店を予約しました
ひつまぶしは食べ比べをしたいと思いましたので今回が人生で5度目でした
値段に比例して、ご飯と鰻の量となっている気がします
出汁とタレの味はお店によって微妙な違いがありますが、1番違いを感じるのは「鰻の厚さ」
こちらは若干薄いですが、その分パリパリに焼けて、一緒に行った娘はとても満足していました
(ぐにゃっとした皮が苦手)
私としては、もっと肉厚でふっくらした方が好みですが、この値段で食べられれば満足です
量も今までで1番少なめですが夕飯なのでこれくらいが丁度いい！
出汁は茶漬けで食べる時にスタッフさんに声を掛けて熱々を運んでくれる気配り
卓上の山椒はピリリと辛く、海苔とワサビを乗せるとさっぱり食べられて旨い♪
予約時間よりだいぶ早くに着きましたが快く対応してくれて嬉しかったです
