昨日の月曜の晩に，初めての訪問でした。
結論はタイトル通り；納得，大満足，ごちそうさま。
あまりの感激に，翌日に早々に投稿しています。

２軒目のはしごなので，お刺身とあらの煮物の二品の限られた食事の感想です。
いいお魚を仕入れているのは，出てきた料理を一目見ればわかりますし，一口食せば納得です。
特に目から鱗はキハダマグロ；本マグロ赤身や中トロとは違うさわやかな脂の乗り，普段口にするキハダとはまるで違う，いままで食べてたキハダは何だったの？，いいお魚を仕入れているのがよくわかります。
煮魚は注文を聞いてから料理に取り掛かり，ふっくらしっとりの仕上がりで仕事も丁寧で確か，なおかつボリュームもばっちり。

それと日本酒のバラエティが素晴らしい。
５５０円均一とお値段がリーズナブルにもかかわらず，大吟醸やら生貯蔵酒など，どれもほかのお店なら1,000円は超すような銘醸酒ぞろい。

次回は最初の1軒目の訪問先として，おなかのスペースをしっかりkeepして，揚げ物や焼き物などもトライしてみたいと考えています。
