その場で燻製にしてくれる楽しさ♡
ソースもラタトゥユのソース、アンチョビのソースどちらも美味しかった‼️最後は鰹がなくなっても、ソースだけで頂きました✨

鴨肉大好きなんですが、とってもおいしかった
ほんっとに最高
お野菜もニセコ産の一年熟成のジャガイモなど、美味しすぎ

ガスパチョはスイカの甘みがちょうど良く、トマトと合う！とても爽やかなお味
鴨肉も絶妙な焼き加減で、赤ワインソース、黒トリュフの風味がたまらない
添えられたヤングコーンも甘いくて美味しい✨
デザートもパフェのようで、ブランマンジェが甘すぎず、アメリカチェリーが丸ごと入ったソースが爽やかな甘味で一瞬で完食
