・BMしていたお店にようやく初めて訪問。
すごく楽しみにしていて早く到着しましたが、
開店前のお忙しい中にも関わらず、お気遣い
いただき入店させていただきました。
・コースはお魚もお肉もいただけるランチコース。
どれもモダンなフレンチに、和を調和した
これぞフュージョン割烹。
・なによりお皿が全部大好きで、もしかして
SAKUZAN？と呟いたら、シェフが反応してくれ
SAKUZANのお皿を特注でオーダーしている話や
SAKUZAN社長との関係などお話してくれました。
気さくに会話できるシェフの距離感も好き。
・気軽にリーズナブルにいただける名店です。
またディナーをいただきに再訪します。
