地下鉄今池駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所に２０２０年１月３１日にオープンしたお店、さっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター５席とテーブル３卓の席数、一人だったのでカウンターに座りましたがカウンターの椅子が低いので多少の食べにくさはありますね、平日の２０時ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは１組でした。
メニューはお刺身などの海鮮にお肉や焼きそばなどの鉄板焼き料理、それに揚げ物にシメのご飯ものなど種類はそれほど多くないもののなかなか魅力的なものもいくつかありました。値段は全体的にそれほど安いとは言えないかなって価格帯です。
いただいたのはお刺身の盛り合わせにアジフライ、とん平焼きなど。お刺身は〼盛りと選べる三種、それにそれぞれのハーフがありましたが、〼盛りは５種類でお一人さまには多いかもと言うことだったので選べる三種のハーフを注文、お魚は炙りさわら、カンパチ、たるいかをチョイスです。お魚はどれも新鮮で美味しいですね、コレなら５種類の〼盛りにしても良かったかも、絵的にもその方が映えそうですしね。
アジフライはすごく大きくて肉厚なアジ、身もふっくらとしていてコレはなかなかイケますね。ただボリュームのアジフライに対しタルタルソースが寂しくいですね、マヨラーのワタクシ的には特にです。
最後に鉄板焼きから何か一品もらおうと焼きそばと迷った結果とん平焼きをチョイス、ふわふわの卵の中にはしっかりとした厚みのお肉が包まれていてボリュームありますね、そのお肉も柔らかくて適度な脂身も入っていてなかなかに美味しかったです。
店名にもなっているので、器が〼の料理も頼みたかったのですが、そういう料理は思ったよりも少なくて今回は頼めませんでした。今回いただいた料理はどれもしっかりしたレベルだったので、機会があれば今度は〼の料理とかもいただきにまたお邪魔してみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
