正月料理に飽きてきて、焼鳥の誘惑が。
馴染みの焼鳥屋さんは流石にお休み。
どこかないものかと検索していたらヒット。
電話かけてみたら空席あり！
早速伺いました。
場所は老舗、千種豊月の近く。
スタートはインパクト抜群のスープでスタート▶️
お任せ串コースでしたが、出てくる串は豪快そのもの。ポーションがデカい！
食べ応え抜群ですね！
しかしながら、塩打ちや仕込みは繊細そのもの。
大将の焼き鳥に関する気合いが、ビンビン伝わってくるお料理でした。
とにかくいい仕事されているおみせです！
