Born in 1986 in Owariasahi City, Aichi Prefecture. From the age of 25, he spent his days studying at a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant in Nagoya. After that, at the age of 30, he opened "Yakitori Sora" in Kita Ward, Nagoya City. Utilizing the skills he has cultivated and his inquisitive spirit, he moved to Uchiyama, Chikusa Ward in 2021 as a business specializing in Inagaki Nagoya Cochin Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) courses, which is rare in Nagoya. Daily essential purchases, 7 hours of skewering, Kishu Bincho charcoal, and homemade Cochin salt. The yakitori is made with great attention to detail, resulting in a skewer with a strong individuality.

The characteristics of Inagaki Nagoya Cochin are: (1) thick skin, (2) good fat, (3) strong flavor, (4) little individual variation, and (5) high aroma.It is a great free-range chicken that is famous as the best Nagoya Cochin in Japan. We place the utmost importance on the unity of the skin and meat, and each skewer is sized so that you can feel the flavor of Inagaki Nagoya Cochin directly. The fat from the Inagaki Nagoya Cochin drips onto the Kishu Bincho charcoal, creating a smoky, aromatic Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
