コースのみ、完全予約制、来店時間厳守、など制約あるも、その理由は納得。繊細な仕込み、丁寧な焼き調整、塩加減。異様なこだわりと愛情を感じます。店名に気軽な「焼鳥」と書いていますが他店とは一線を画すものです。
どの串も本当に美味い。
そして締めの選択肢の多さ。長考は必至。
今回は特製カレー、玉子どんぶりシェアしました。

締めまで拘りまくっており感動すら覚えます。
シャンパンやワインも取り揃えあり、珍しい品も並んでいます。大将がペアリング相談に乗ってくれます♪
ただ、焼酎ラインナップが変更されて、「魔王」「百年の孤独」「天使の誘惑」しかないのは厳しい。気を抜くと食事よりドリンクが高くつきます。
名古屋市内でも稀有な嗜好性ある逸品たち。
