愛知県名古屋市千種区高見の堀清ビル 1Fにある蓬左茶寮にお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 東山線 池下駅から徒歩約1分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。駐車場はありませんが、近くにはコインパーキングがあるので、自動車でのアクセスも便利です。店内は明るく和風で清潔感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は14席で、カウンター席のみのお店です。
今回はおまかせコース(18500円)をいただきました。料理の盛り付けは綺麗で、食欲がそそられます。食材にこだわりがあり、料理の産地や農家等も説明していただけます。こだわりがある一品ばかりで、とても美味しかったです。
蓬左茶寮は隠れ家のような雰囲気です。季節の地食材・超一級食材で織りなされている新しい名古屋料理と言われています。食材にこだわりがあるので、初めて出会う食材や驚きの美味がそこにはあります。豊かな自然に包まれた中京圏の食材で独創的な日本料理を提供しています。洗練された名古屋料理楽しむことができます。

We visited Hosasaryo, located on the 1st floor of the Horikiyo Building in Takami, Chikusa Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It is located about a 1-minute walk from Ikeshita Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Higashiyama Line, making it easy to access by public transportation. There is no parking lot, but there is a coin parking nearby, so it is convenient to access by car. The inside of the store is bright, Japanese-style, clean, and has a calm atmosphere. The restaurant has 14 seats and only counter seats. This time I had selection course (18,500 yen). We offer course meals made with seasonal ingredients, so you can always enjoy new dishes. The presentation of both dishes is beautiful and appetizing. They are very particular about the ingredients they use, and can explain the origin and farmers of their dishes. The dishes were all made with special care and were very delicious. Hoza Saryo has a hideaway-like atmosphere. It is said to be a new type of Nagoya cuisine that is made with seasonal local ingredients and top-quality ingredients. We are particular about the ingredients we use, so there are ingredients that we encounter for the first time and surprising deliciousness. We serve original Japanese Cuisine using ingredients from the Chukyo area, which is surrounded by rich nature. You can enjoy sophisticated Nagoya cuisine.
