Food Hakata-style Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is a single-serving dish that can be enjoyed in small portions.
Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), which is served all year round, is a refreshing Hakata-style dish with a soy sauce broth. The silky soup is infused with the flavor of plump beef offal, and sliced garlic adds a flavorful accent. We only sell one serving, so it's easy to order from a variety of menu items! We also recommend sharing with two people while adding additional toppings. We also have a wide variety of a la carte dishes that go well with sake, such as our homemade ``beef tendon stew'' made with Hatcho miso and horse sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture.

We always have about 25 types of sake in stock, including seasonal sake. There is also a sake choco set, and the menu list also lists the brands that go well with each dish. We are particular about our choco, so you can enjoy it with your eyes as well.Our staff will suggest a cup that suits your taste, so please compare and enjoy the various flavors. Also check out our ``Japanese Sake Lemon Sour'' and ``Japanese Sake Highball,'' which use Japanese sake that is delicious even when mixed with carbonated water.We also have Shaoxing wine that is perfect for Chinese food.

The store has a total of 14 seats, and only an L-shaped counter with high chairs is available. A down spot that lights up so that the food stands out creates a calm space. It's great for a relaxing drink on your own after work, or it's great for having a chat with the staff behind the counter. It can be used in a wide range of situations, including dates and meals with friends, regardless of age. Although we are a sake bar, we also serve a wide variety of authentic dishes, so please feel free to stop by from the first bar.
