Our signature dish is Tai Chazuke. This is a cup that you can enjoy together with Japanese-style soup stock that is carefully extracted over time from ingredients carefully selected by craftsmen. However, the first thing we want you to try at our restaurant is to eat pickled rice. Mix the wasabi with a special sweet and salty sauce that highlights the deliciousness of the fish in a plate and serve it on top of rice. The combination of rice, fish, and sauce is truly delicious. Refills of rice are free, so don't worry about the balance with white rice.

After enjoying white rice with our special sauce and wasabi, it's time to enjoy chazuke. If you don't have enough rice, you can refill it freely, so put the right amount of white rice and the fish well coated in the sauce in your bowl. We use our proud Japanese-style soup stock, which is carefully extracted over time from the ingredients carefully selected by our craftsmen. The gentle Japanese flavor and special sauce harmonize into a delicious bowl. The best cup you'll want to have as a regular drink rather than as a finale.

We recommend that you enjoy our Chazuke together with a la carte dishes. For example, try topping it with all-you-can-eat tsutsutsuzuke made by restaurant. Try adding horse mackerel namero and green tang, a side dish that makes you want to drink sake. All of the products are carefully made by craftsmen, so you can casually enjoy Japanese-style meal at a chazuke specialty store. Sesame mackerel chazuke cannot be served without a good accompaniment. We also have tempura, so we recommend having a side dish at night.
