千種区の千石小学校南交差点近くに、漬け茶漬け専門店がオープン。
事前に食券を購入する方式。
お昼も夜もメニューは一緒だそう。
鯛茶漬け（1,000円）を頼んだ。
大分の郷土料理「りゅうきゅう」に近い醤油、酒、みりん、ごまでつくるタレを絡めた鯛を、ご飯と一緒に食べる丼。
出汁をかけてお茶漬けにしても食べることが可能で、タレの味が抜群に美味しい！
