千種駅の少し南にある『鯛茶 漬けや』さんでランチしてきました。
開店は11時30分で、ほぼ開店と同時にお店に到着。まだ他のお客さんはいませんでしたが、5分ほどで3組が来店したので、12時頃には混んでいる可能性もあります。
お店に入って、まずは券売機で食券を購入。鯛茶漬け屋さんで券売機って珍しいですよね。
今回は「鯛漬け（鯛味噌付）」を注文。
5分ほどで料理がきました。
まずは鯛にタレとワサビを絡めて、ごはんとともにお口の中へ。鯛の食感がプリプリでタレは味が濃過ぎなかったので、鯛の甘味が感じられて美味しい♪
次はご飯の上に鯛とワサビ、タレと大葉を乗せて出汁をかけてお茶漬けに♪
あつあつの出汁をかけた部分は鯛の食感が変わって、これも良い！
一緒についてきた鯛味噌と揚げ出し豆腐も美味しくて、ご飯がどれだけあっても足りないです＾＾
お茶漬けなので、お腹いっぱいにならないかなと思っていましたが、大満足でした♪
