This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that opened on February 8, 2024, about a 2-minute walk from Imaike Subway Station, and I tried it out on a holiday night. The store had 4 seats at the counter and just over 10 tables, and I was the first to arrive as I arrived just after it opened at 5pm. The menu includes charcoal-grilled yakitori, the famous smoke-grilled chicken, chicken sashimi such as red chicken thigh tataki and liver sashimi, and sashimi, and the overall price range including drinks is reasonable. From among them, we selection the red chicken liver sashimi, 5 pieces of omakase yakitori, beef striped chicken skewers, etc. First of all, we started with the red chicken liver sashimi, which from the looks of it was quite fresh and had a rich and firm sweetness, but of course it didn't have a smell. It's delicious liver sashimi. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is quite large and filling. There were 5 pieces: gizzard, green onion, chicken skin, bonjiri, and naankotsu, and at 690 yen, it was a great value. The taste is not bad, such as the soft meat with green onion, and I personally like the rich taste of the sauce. Also, the beef striped skewers and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) were large, but this one was even bigger than I had imagined, which surprised me a bit, but the sweetness of the plump fat filled your mouth and went perfectly with the taste of the sweet sauce, if you like offal. This is a must-try. The amberjack sashimi was very reasonable at 590 yen, and it looked delicious, but I was full from just the meat that day, so I decided to save it for next time.Thank you for the meal.
