Fresh fish is mainly purchased from Kanazawa. Our proud sashimi is brought out to the fullest through Uogokoro's unique aging method, ``Hanamo salt aging.'' The sashimi platter is a must-try, with the concept of ``eating Kanazawa fish with Kanazawa soy sauce.'' We Other recommend a la carte dishes such as grilled fish, boiled fish, and obanzai.

You can also enjoy seasonal ingredients and homemade Japanese cuisine. The obanzai made with fresh fish and vegetables unique to Uogokoro are simple, but you can feel the work of the chef.
Food Course using seasonal seafood
Three types of dinner courses are available starting from 5,000 yen. You can enjoy hearty Japanese cuisine, including the delicately flavored Hassun Obanzai, as well as Uoshi's signature sashimi platter, Simmered dish and Japanese-style meal. The 7,000 yen course includes the high-grade fish "Nodoguro", and the 10,000 yen course also includes truffles and caviar, perfect for a special occasion. Courses are available not only at night but also during the day.
