A brewery located on Shikemichi, a historic town. The storehouse has been located in the area since the late Edo period and is full of charm and history. I am filled with gratitude for staying with me
... until today. It has been passed down because of the strong commitment of those who protect it. I like good old things and Japanese culture. However, it takes a lot of time and effort to use old things as they are. The craftsmen carefully completed many of the unremarkable tasks that are invisible to the naked eye. The thoughts of our predecessors, the head of the family who has protected us, the craftsmen who have worked so hard this time...I want to connect the thoughts of many people so that they do not go to waste. We named it Natsune with the idea of ``bringing nostalgic rhyme (echo) and rhyme (elegance) into our hearts...'' We hope that everyone will have a great time at our newly reborn restaurant.
