素朴な味わいながらとても洗練されたお料理
ランチに訪問。
歴史ある建物の店構えで、門から入店までの小道もいいですね。
丁寧な応対に迎えられ入店。
メニューは昼膳3000円の一択。
先付から焼物に至るまで、全体的にとても素朴な味わいながら、雑味なくとても洗練されている印象。とくにおひたし、レモン煮など、食べたことのある調理法でもこの味が出せるのかという驚きがありました。
中でも焼物の鮭は焼いているのにしっとりと柔らかくとても美味しかったです。

先付:かぶの淡雪羹
八寸: 菜の花とほうれん草のおひたし、むかごのにたもの、赤大豆の煮豆、人参のたらこあえ、さつまいものレモン煮、こんにゃく、よもぎの麩、チーズ豆腐きびなごのせ、大根のルッコラあえなど。
椀物:じゃがいもまんじゅう鶏団子いり
焼物:豆ご飯、鮭のふき味噌焼き、味噌汁

前回の印象がよかったので昼に再訪。
心地よい応対に迎え入れられ入店。
さくら風味のドレッシングのサラダに始まり、八寸、魚、ご飯、味噌汁、デザートの内容。
相変わらず素晴らしい味わいです。
前回と同じコメントになりますが、こんなに美味しくできるのかと言う驚きがありとても満足しました。
