ボリュームのある美味しいイタリアンでした!
名古屋で、美味しいと噂のイタリアン『テッラ イタリアーナ』の予約が取れたので、伺ってみました。
◇場所
高岳駅から徒歩で5分程の所にあります。
◇ 待ち時間・混雑状況
完全予約制なので、予約してお伺いしました。
当日は他にお客様はいらっしゃいませんでしたが、なかなか予約が取れないので、早めの予約をお勧めします。
◇ 注文・提供時間
アラカルトでも、料理は最初に全てオーダーする必要とのことで、次の料理をオーダーしました。シェフより、3品までで十分との説明がありましたが、量は3品で充分でした。
★三重石鯛と野菜のフリット(¥2,390)(税別)
山盛りのフリットがでてきたので、ビックリしてしまいました。太陽ソースをかけて頂きましたが、これが良く合うんです。一生懸命に食べましたが、食べきれずにいると、シェフから、「食べ切れない料理は持ち帰っていいですよ!」との優しい言葉に一安心でした。
★フランス産羊のロースト(¥3,990)(税別)

羊の骨付きローストが一人当たり2切れ付いていました。羊はラム肉ではありませんが、匂いを抑えつつ、柔らかくて、絶妙な火入れをされていました。また、焼き野菜は野菜の本来の味を楽しむことができるように、火入れを工夫されていて美味しかったです。
★魚介のうま味濃厚リゾットパエリア(¥2,990)(税別)
魚介がたっぷり入ったリゾットですが、魚介のうま味を吸って、程よい硬さに炊き上げられたお米が美味しかったです。これが一番美味しかったです。
★フォカッチャ
フォカッチャは角ケースに入れて焼いたもので、柔らかくフワフワでとても美味しかったです。
◇感想等
野菜、肉の本来の味を楽しめるように、調理方法、火入れ等をかなり工夫されているようで、食材本来の味を楽しむことができました。
料理は三品しかオーダーしていませんが食べ切れないくらい量があって、最終的にフリット、ローストは持ち帰ることにしましたが、他にも食べてみたいメニューが沢山ありましたので、是非また来たいと思います。

I had a reservation at Terra Italiana, an Italian Cuisine restaurant in Nagoya that is rumored to be delicious, so I decided to check it out. ◇Location: About 5 minutes walk from Takatake Station. ◇ Waiting time/crowding situation Reservations are required, so I made a reservation before visiting. There were no other customers that day, but reservations are hard to come by, so we recommend making reservations early. ◇ Ordering/Serving time All dishes had to be ordered first, and then the next dish was ordered. ★South Indian tuna carpaccio (¥2,490) (excluding tax) ☆☆☆☆ The tuna was placed on top of plenty of vegetables such as sliced purple onions, kelp, and zucchini, making it very refreshing. ★Roasted Nagasaki sweet sea bream (¥2,990) (excluding tax) ☆☆☆☆ The crispy grilled sweet sea bream had a nice texture and was delicious. It came with plenty of fresh vegetables such as turnips and corn, and was delicious. ★Homemade Karasumi with Mie Abalone and Maitake Mushroom Oil Sauce ☆☆☆☆ (¥2,990) (excluding tax) A light pasta that goes well with sliced abalone and Japanese ginger. The saltiness of the grated mullet powder was a nice accent and it was delicious. ◇Impressions, etc. This was my second time here, and the food was quite voluminous, and I was full after only 3 dishes. They have also started selling delicious homemade bread. If I have a chance to come, I would like to buy it. It's a store you'll want to come to again and again. I would like to come again.
