After working at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel Mikuni Nagoya, in 2006 he worked as sous chef at Grand Maison Graciani in Kitano, Kobe. In 2012, he went to France and further studied at "Saturne", "Abri" and "Bigarade". After returning to Japan, he worked as a head chef at a French cuisine Restaurants in Nagoya before assuming his current position in June 2020.
