本日訪問したのはガーデンレストラン徳川園。
ガーデンレストラン徳川園は、愛知県名古屋市の大曽根に位置するフレンチ料理店です。
ガーデンレストラン徳川園は、名古屋を代表する観光スポットでもある徳川園の中に店舗を構えており、緑豊かな自然の中優雅にお食事をいただくことができます。
徳川園はかつて、徳川御三家筆頭である尾張藩二代藩主光友が、隠居所「大曽根下屋敷」に移り住んだことを起源とし、光友没後は尾張徳川家の邸宅になりました。昭和20年の大空襲により園内の大部分を焼失した後は名古屋市が保存・管理する公園として公開されましたが、平成17年3月に愛知地球博が開幕。観光スポットとして魅力ある場所に再生されました。
森下駅から歩いて8分ほどすると、徳川園が見えてきました。
入り口からは非常に歴史高さを感じさせ、広大な大地が迎えてくれます。敷地内に入り、ガーデンレストランを目指すと、その途中には見事な、庭園が広がります。
ガーデンレストランの店内は非常に高級感もあり、窓からは先ほどは別の景色の店が見渡すことがで出来、これも非常に美しいですね。
さて今回はランチランチコースをオーダーすることになりました。
~至宝の壇き~
豊浜産平貝と筍のミルフィーユ ウルイのサラダ添え
独活のクーリ ふきのとうとグリーンベッパーのアクセント
茸は鰹昆布出汁で火入れし、すだちの香りを立たせています。
平貝はもっちりと香ばしく、筍は風味高く素晴らしい。お皿が大きな貝になっているのも美しさを奏でて魅力的です。
ライ麦パン
ひまわりの種のオイルを使っているがこれはひらまわを全く何も感じません。ただ、ライ麦自体は素晴らしいですね。
