He has been the owner of the Eternal Group, and currently works as a sushi chef at a reservation-only sister restaurant in Nishi Ward. In the past, I worked at a major Sushi chain restaurant, and through that connection, I was able to purchase high-quality, value-for-money ingredients. With the concept of creating a place (space) where you can casually enjoy sushi and sake, we offer traditional authentic sushi made with red vinegar that can be eaten from 100 yen (110 yen including tax). ``Sushi and Sake Yukyu'', founded under the supervision of sushi chef Kugumiya, offers sushi that can be used with sake. The existing restaurant has a reputation for delicious sushi that pairs well with wine and sake. The red vinegar combination used for sushi rice does not contain any sweeteners such as sugar or mirin, so it brings out the original flavor of the rice and other ingredients to the fullest.
