This time's discovery was fried clams.
I was in the mood for some seafood after watching the soccer game, so I had it for dinner at the transfer station. Ordered an assortment of sashimi, fried clams, and sakura shrimp Tempura. The fried clams were something I couldn't stop eating. This is my first time eating this way. It may be that clams are in season, but I found some good ones.

I wanted to eat something light on the way home from watching the J League, so I decided to try this restaurant for sashimi. We ordered a sashimi platter as the main dish and some sake side dishes. The sashimi was of course delicious, but the freshly harvested okra that caught my attention was exquisite. It's insanely delicious. I realized once again the importance of freshness. I'm glad you let me eat like this.
