Each Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is carefully grilled using our homemade salt, which is gentle and mellow and has no edges that won't stick, and is perfect for yakitori, which brings out the flavor of the meat many times more even without the use of umami seasonings. We ``work'' each ingredient and serve it using the cooking method that we think is best. Please come visit us and enjoy it.

At Kinboshi, when serving skewers and food, we instruct our staff on how to orient the skewers and where to place the food to make it easier for customers to eat. We make sure to put down tableware as soon as we finish eating, so that our customers can use more of the tabletop space for their meals.
