５月のゴールデンウィークの中日の夜に伺いました。予約必須の人気店ですが、初めて伺いました。偶然にも、当日の朝に空きがあり、予約。
まずは、ビール。
さして、きんぼし焼き、せせり、レバー、砂肝、せせり他を注文。きんぼし焼きは、味噌味で美味しい。焼き鳥は、美味しいが、残念なことにオーダー間違いが２回。１時間ちょっとしかいないのに、２回は多いと思うので、点数は低めに。
オーダーは、テーブルのタブレットです。まずは、注文していないアスパラ巻きが提供され、このまま食べようかとも思いましたが、申告。
２回目は、注文したぼんじりと羊肉がなかなか来ない。ぼんじりが遅れて提供。そのあとしばらく待つも羊肉が来ないので、スタッフに確認。これから焼くので、１０分くらいかかるとのこと。キャンセルもできると言うので、キャンセル。ということは、既に別のテーブルに提供され、そのまま、ご馳走さんかな。
頼んでいないものが来たり、頼んだものが来なかったり、焼き場と配膳がうまく行っていないんでしょう。気持ちよく飲むには落第点かな。
お料理が美味しいだけに残念。
