今日はウナギ課長と岡崎の現場。現調作業も予定通りだったのですが、近くで食事をするには時間的に少し早い。
名古屋に戻りつつ食事先を探すことにしました。。。
ムムム。ウナギ課長と「うな富士」さんの話になり、昔に本店の方には通った事があるのだとか、、、。
最近はうな富士さんも店舗展開していて天白にも新しいお店ができた話をしていたら少し気になりはじめてきました。
今日はワタクシもウナギ課長も初めてのお店「炭焼 うな富士 天白別邸」さんにお邪魔する事にしましたよ。
チェックインは11時20分。近くに数か所駐車場があります。駐車場がいっぱいになると第二、第三駐車場となるので
駐車場の場所をある程度把握していないと少し面倒かも。
店内外の雰囲気は白壁別邸とよく似た感じ。古民家を改装して古さを活かした料亭のような素敵で高級感ある空間。
メニューを見るとコース料理も充実していて、4000円～10000円前後と見たことないようなランチ価格が並んでいます（笑）
以前、本店で頼んだ限定の”肝入り”が良かったので、まずはスタッフに限定の肝入りがあるかどうかの確認。。。
「まだあります！」との事だったので～
ワタクシは「限定肝入りうな丼 4510円」、ウナギ課長は「上うな重 4840円」をオーダーさせて頂きました。
雰囲気の良いお庭を眺めながら着丼を待つことにします♪
となりの少し年配ご夫婦はコース料理を頂いてますね～。お酒も飲んでます。羨ましいな～(;^ω^)
待つこと20分。仕事の電話が数件かかってきたので、待ち時間を気にすることなくの”頂きます”です～(´艸｀*)
”肝”は、、、本店の時の方がボリュームのインパクトは凄かったけど、、、（笑）
味は変わらず”まいう～”です(^_-)-☆
ウナギ一切れの肉厚も半端ない。さすがうな富士さんですね～。満足度高しっ！
タレの旨さも変わらずです♪
いやぁ～うな富士さん、やっぱり数ある鰻屋さんの中で頭一つ抜き出ていますね～。
お店の雰囲気は白壁別邸とよく似ていますが、個人的には僅差で白壁の方が良かったかな。
また近くに来た時には寄らせて頂きます。ご馳走様でした♪
