家内から『うな富士 本店』は美味しいから〜と以前
から教えられており、鰻にそれ程の執着心がなく、
店前を通過するたびに行列を見ておりましたので、
並んでまで食べる事が鰻に対して思えず、ラーメン
なら２時間並ぶことに然程、ストレスを感じない。
家内から誘われても、どうも行く気にはなれず、今日
まで行くことはございませんでした。
本日、お客様へのご接待先に選んだお店がここです。
『うな富士 天白別邸』です。
事前席予約をしましたが、お食事予約は出来ないと
のこと。目的は「肝入り上鰻重」です。【数量限定】
先ずは胡瓜のお漬物。
暫くして我々の前に、光り輝く鰻重です。
お重の蓋がされない状態での出陣。
あえて説明は致しませんが、鰻の香ばしさと、肝の
歯応えも含め、また、御米の美味しさと相まって、
お客様も私も感動です。
佇まい、お部屋も趣があり接待には最高のお店です。
大変美味しゅうございました。
