Enjoy our horumon grilled on a 12mm thick iron plate with a sauce that has been handed down for generations.
We purchase fresh meat directly from Kozakai Town three times a week, including domestically produced horumon, and serve it at our restaurant. The yakiniku comes with the added bonus of cabbage and on
...ions. We mix the horumon, kalbi, and other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) together and grill them all at once, just like Barbecue. The sauce is Nagoya-style, a well-balanced mix of miso and soy sauce, a recipe that has been handed down for generations! It does not contain garlic or chili peppers, so it is delicious for children to enjoy as well.
