◆Established 50 years ago! A long-established store that continues to be loved by locals.
◆The buckwheat flour we use is from Hokkaido. It is harvested in the fields in the mountain valleys, particularly in Numata and Horokanai, and is by far the sweeter and tastier of buckwheat than that
...harvested in areas converted from rice paddies. The protein in buckwheat, which determines the flavor, is very sensitive to heat. We use buckwheat that has been carefully milled in a millstone made of ant nest granite, paying particular attention to the freshness of the flour. We have a wide range of menus available, including children's menus and set menus. We look forward to welcoming you.
