◆The buckwheat flour we use is from Hokkaido. It is harvested in the fields in the mountain valleys, particularly in Numata and Horokanai, and is by far the sweeter and tastier of buckwheat than that |
草野球チームの監督に就任して３年目。
毎月の会議に欠かさず出席してるが、訳あってこの日は初めて車で行く事に。
なら普段は行けない店に行こうと検索して、やってきたのが人気の「いづみ」である。
駐車場は店の周辺にあるのだが、一通の道もあるので注意が必要。警察署も近いからね(笑)
店に入ると、可愛い姉ちゃんが♪
予め決めてた五目あんかけきしめん８５０円を注文したが、私と会話はナシ。
そりゃ腹が出たオッサンに興味はないか・・・と思ったら、他の客がメニューに悩んで姉ちゃんと話してた。
娘かバイトかは分からないが、聞いてる限りではメニューに精通してる感じだったね。当たり前の事だけど、えらい♪
な～んて考えてたら、料理が運ばれてきた。
浅く大きい丼に、見るからに鮮やかでたっぷりな具材！！
しっかりとした餡で、鰹と干し椎茸の出汁のバランスが非常に良い♪
きしめんは手打ち独特の薄さと食感！！これが食べたかったんだよね～！！
しかも、結構な量のきしめん。単品で注文したので、食べ応えがあるのも嬉しい。
具材は白菜や人参などの野菜以外に、うずらや鶏肉も入ってる。
しかも単価の高そうな具材は全て複数個入ってるのが驚きである♪
そういえばうどんがイチオシだったよね！？今度はうどんを食べてみよう。
